Winners told in first week of Chamber drawing

Chamber winners Dec. 1The first drawing in the Greene County Chamber’s Hometown Holidays Christmas Certificate give-away was held Monday. Winners were (seated, from left) Roxanne Gorsuch of Jefferson and 7-year-old Leah McCormick of Churdan. Roxanne registered at Ben Franklin/Radio Shack and Leah registered at Royal Jewelers as she shopped with her grandmother.

Pictured with them are (standing, from left) Lori Smith of Ben Franklin/Radio Shack and Steve Schwaller of Royal Jewelers. Peg Moranville of Jefferson was the third winner. She registered at Don’s Ace Hardware.

The winners each received $50 in certificates redeemable at any of the 30 participating merchants. Drawings will continue Mondays until Christmas, with three winners each week.
